El juego técnicamente es bueno pero no me acostumbro a ver a estos personajes en un juego así, el gameplay se siente muy mecánico y algo tosco, muy parecido al anterior Mortal Kombat el cual tampoco termina de convencerme.
A suprising amount of depth is contained in this arcade fighter. As someone who doesn't typically play many fighting games, this was still a must buy for me. The combat is quick and enjoyable, with an emphasis on 'powers' that allows even novices or children to enjoy the game while there is still a tremendous amount of strategy that can be learned and fighters to be mastered. The story mode is more of a 2 hour movie with moments of 'choose your own adventure' added in to keep things fresh. A purchase can be justified for just the story mode and even an amateur can enjoy it on the easiest difficulty. But the real depth of the game comes online, where you can compete in ever-changing challenges that reward you with equipment you can then dress your fighters with. There are RPG elements at play that add an unexpected level of depth to the game. Super hero (DC) fans, fighting game fans, and even casual gamers will all find more than expected to enjoy here. I typically regret purchasing fighting games, but this one I don't regret for a second.
Pros: RPG Elements Customization of fighters Depth of battle Variety of combatants DC Comics License Story mode is worthy of a standalone film Online combat runs smoothly Cooperative play as guilds (inventive) Multiverse challenges Easy to learn, hard to master Great fun with friends or enemies Couch and online play
Cons: Some bosses in the Multiverse are unfairly difficult Imbalance with some characters feeling very weak DLC being released at a slow trickle Extra (special) costumes locked behind paywall or insane grind The grind to 20 for each character
Incredible. I waited to buy this game until it went on sale. I truly did not think it would live up to the hype. Well, like Superman, I was wrong.
The graphics are amazing, fluid, and detailed. The move sets are graceful and surprising. The characters come to life with EXTREMELY professional voice-acting. On that note, the story mode has you living through a believable and exciting Injustice story line. The cut scene movies are absolutely enthralling.
This game is a comic hit brought to LIFE! Better yet, the gameplay is nearly perfect.
Injustice 2 is the most fun I've had playing a combat videogame. The moves are creative and novel--you WILL be surprised by attacks that these beloved DC characters pull off. They FIT each character too. Nothing gratuitous or silly.
The only flaw that contradicts my last statement is Harley's hammer. I think she should be wearing that behemoth of a weapon on her back. It should not just appear in her hands.
Still, it looks so brutal and SOUNDS so brutal when Harley attacks, that I forgive this minor thing.
On that note, the sound is amazing. From the background noise in each zone, to the discharge of weapons, to the landing and jumping sounds--man, this is an audio work of art. The music is beautiful.
BUY. THIS. NOW. or Brainiac will collect your city and Darkseid will enslave your best friends.
THE BEST fighting game I ever played. Everything is a 10/10. One of the best replay values in a game ever. The character leveling and the gear you earn keeps you wanting to play more and more. No pay to play bs. You earn it all. Iv put major hours into this game and still not bored. And they recently updated the character leveling from 20-30 with is great so I get to level them up more now. So if you’re looking for a fighting game with a lot of replay value, this is it!
Very fun game if you are a fan of fighting games, comic book character games OR both. Great story for the single player, with the ability to learn most of the characters along the way. The game is set up well for people that are casual to fighting games. I never felt like the moves were that hard to learn or that I was truly over powered. But the games is also set up for true fans of fighting games, that want to pour hours into perfecting their game. Mostly got the game for the Ninja Turtle DLC that is forthcoming, can't wait.
Better than the first one in almost every way! It's fun and fast paced, there are loads of different games and things to do, it's definitely not short on content. The new gear system is great and makes it worth playing dozens of hours. The story isn't as good as the first one but it's not bad. And the graphics are top notch. I'd buy this again, however not at $60, if you're on a budget then I'd wait for a sale or get a used copy for $40 or less.
