Other than the graphics/performance issues in the open world, this game is fantastic. Much better than 2, and up there with the original in my opinion. The references to movies and video games were great. The combat is fun and stylish (although I wish there was more variety in the enemy encounters). Creative and entertaining from beginning to end. It makes me sad that the creator said this will be the end to the series, but what a finale it was. I would love to replay the game once a PC or PS4/PS5 version comes out. That way I can play it on a higher difficulty with smoother performance.
I bought this as a warehouse deal. I was under the impression it would have a damaged case and maybe missing manual. Instead a plastic bag came with a damaged cover and game cart. No case at all. I wish the description had be clearer and just said "cart only" then I would have felt as deceived. Just to be clear on the game. It's wonderful and exactly what I wanted out of the long awaited 3rd installment in this series. It's immature, rude, vulgur, cool and more stylish than it has any right to be. Takashi Miike is definitely proud.
Huge fan of the series. This is definitely the best NMH game in the franchise. It does suffer some performance issues in the open world areas. But the combat is silky smooth and satisfying. Very good story, great characters and bosses. The action is insane and over the top. Definitely my action game of the year!
If you havent played TSA, the combat is taken from that game so that will take those who havent played it by surprise.
And after the first few ranking matches you get some totally SUDA 51 stuff. I dont want to spoil things or give too much away, but if you're a fan of the franchise[and even some other franchises hint hint] youve gotta play this.
Took about 12 hours to beat, doing some of the side content. Controls MUCH better than 1 and 2. Handheld mode keeps a consistent frame rate, and the humor is awesome as usual. Some boss fights are little underdeveloped, but most are unique and fun.
The mad lad Suda51 did it again. This time with gatcha machines and cool aliens. But let's get real here, if you've already played Suda51 games, you know exactly what you're getting into here and you know you want it.
Fantastic game. Open world segments run almost the same as the first game's open world area. Overall, gameplay is fun and action packed. Enemies are a lot more enjoyable than previous entries. If this is the last game in the series, then it was a heart fealt send off into atmosphere.
