Love game, hate the way they did this GOTY. Previous GOTY/Special Editions for Fallout and ES have had content on the disc or an accompanying second disc. This time they give you a redemption code for DLC, problem is PSN is down so you are unable to enjoy the product you just shelled over $60 for. This is especially frustrating when you have already bought the disc years ago they tricked you into buying again. I understand file sizes are large and that there is really a sizable increase in content for Fallout 4, but to switch the manner in which you deliver the content after not making people dependent on internet to get is really crappy of them. If I wanted to download it all, I would have as they came out over the past years. Making people dependent on PSN or Xbox Live is really not a good model considering PSN terrible track record. Why would you tie your brand to being dependent on someone else to deliver a product you imply is in the package.
The fact that it is a corrected version of the game was great, as the game itself was great. The reason I bought another copy was because I expected a disc with all the DLC material. This didn't happen, and I felt rather tricked by a company I had a lot of respect for.
Thankfully I read the reviews before buying. It's pretty crappy that the game of the year edition isn't already loaded on the disks. Who cares if you have to give us 2 disks. Didn't Final Fantasy VII have 5 disks? The game itself is great though.
