First thing I noticed is the cursor drifting to the side of the screen, much like 'joycon drift'. Joycons usually take months to start drifting but this controller drifts from day 1. Tested this controller on 2 games for WiiU, Bayonetta and Twilight Princess HD. Bayonetta was fine, no issues there. Twilight Princess HD was another story. The Y button just doesn't work sometimes. Pressing the Y button does the same action as the B button. I have played this game before on another controller so its not the game's fault, its this controller. Holding any of the buttons down, the controller will eventually release the button. I was aiming an arrow in Twilight Princess HD with the R button and it kept releasing the arrow. There is no stamina in Twilight Princess, you can pull back the arrow as long as you want so it is the controller's fault. Don't buy this controller.
After changing it synced up with our WII U without any issues. The wireless reaches throughout the whole room without any problems. My kids played with it the whole day and didn't have any complaints. Looks like it's doing its job the way it was advertised. Update: After two weeks of use one the button stopped working. I'm still in the return period.
Piece of crap, knock off. I wouldn't care but it costs the same as the Nintendo branded one that I bought from Gamestop that was in excellent, practically new condition. Too bad Nintendo doesn't go after them for making this junk
Do not buy. Product defective. Constant analog stick drift makes it unusable. I've done every suggestion to fix it to no avail. I'm usually against cheap knockoffs but had to make an exception as finding a first party wiiu controller is very difficult. Do not buy. Makers ought to be ashamed
